If you disagree with a final CJ determination and have additional facts not included in the original submission, you may submit a new CJ request. If you disagree with the determination and have no additional facts to present, then you may appeal the determination in accordance with ITAR 120.4(g) for review by the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Defense Trade Controls. The Deputy Assistant Secretary’s decision can be appealed to the Assistant Secretary for Political-Military Affairs.
